Workforce Compliance
         Our workforce compliance procedures are designed to support safe, lawful and reliable deployment across client environments.
Depending on sector, role and assignment requirements, our controls may include:
     • right to work verification
     • identity and address checks
     • SIA licence verification where applicable
     • CSCS and role card verification where applicable
     • BS7858-aligned screening where required
     • induction and site briefing records
     • drug and alcohol testing compliance where contractually or operationally required
      • attendance monitoring and escalation procedures
      • incident and conduct reporting processes
